Hellooooooo Family!!!
This week was so awesome! I love the work so much! I’m sorry I couldn’t
email yesterday. There was a holiday on Sunday and the shop was closed on Monday
because of that. I still love you! I’m doing great!
Kavo
shook me up a little bit, but it was really a testimony builder! Hel
5: 12 “And now, my sons, remember,
remember that it is upon the rock of
our Redeemer, who is Christ, the Son of God, that ye must build your foundation; that when the
devil shall send forth his mighty winds, yea, his shafts in the whirlwind, yea,
when all his hail and his mighty storm shall beat upon
you, it shall have no power over you to drag you down to the gulf of misery and
endless wo, because of the rock upon which ye are built, which is a sure
foundation, a foundation whereon if men build they cannot fall.”
Also!
I’ve been giving lots of compliments about how versed I am in the scriptures.
But whenever I hear that, I just think that I could have studied so much harder
at home, I wish I could have...
It’s is so great when investigators choose to keep the commitments that we leave with them! Last week we taught a lady named Annie. Then we came by again this week and Christine, her daughter, read a section from the Book of Mormon! I can’t wait for her to follow the example of Jesus and be baptized! The Book of Mormon is the power, not has the power, to change your life through the Holy Ghost!
Continue to read the Book of Mormon no matter what! It is the
only perfectly true Book on this Earth. And it DOES contain the Fullness of the
everlasting Gospel!
This
week I was in a "Tri-panionship" with Elder Cooper and Elder Ruegger!
It was so much fun! We also had 4 investigators come to church! We are gunna
rock this place.😎 I
love you guys so much! never stop praying and reading the Book!
Sheena,
(Marsha’s daughter) is also going to be baptized on October 1. That’s her
birthday!
This
week was awesome! I love it here so much!!!!!!!!
Love
Elder Andrus!
